Product Information

The ACE-YS61-CS strainer incorporates a new design with convenient gauge taps for easy pressure monitoring and quick identification of when screen cleaning is needed. It offers a large straining capacity with excellent open area ratios, significantly larger than the corresponding pipeline, ensuring minimal pressure drops. Precision-machined screen seats in both the body and cap ensure accurate screen positioning and finer filtration, while a self-cleaning capability facilitated by a tapped NPT blow-off connection simplifies maintenance. The carbon steel units are epoxy-painted for corrosion resistance, and Titan offers various cover options, including swing, clamp, and hinge types. Carbon steel is chosen for its excellent performance in high temperatures and resistance to shock, vibration, and fire hazards, making it suitable for the oil and petrochemical industries. Stainless steel options are available for high-temperature services and are commonly found in the chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries.
